Linux command: uptime


uptime - Tell how long the system has been running.

Examples using uptime with options

[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$ uptime --pretty
up 21 weeks, 3 days, 22 hours, 17 minutes
[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$ uptime -p
up 21 weeks, 3 days, 22 hours, 17 minutes

[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$ uptime --since
2018-12-31 22:42:03
[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$ uptime -s
2018-12-31 22:42:03

[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$ uptime --version
uptime from procps-ng 3.3.10
[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$ uptime -V
uptime from procps-ng 3.3.10
[tuyendq@rhel1 ~]$
