Download Lynis: https://packages.cisofy.com

Install Lynis on Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys C80E383C3DE9F082E01391A0366C67DE91CA5D5F

sudo apt install apt-transport-https

sudo apt update

lynis --version

sudo lynis audit system

Linux command: lastlog

lastlog command reports the most recent login of all users or of a given user. NAME lastlog - reports the most recent login of all users or of a given user SYNOPSIS lastlog [options] DESCRIPTION lastlog formats and prints the contents of the last login log /var/log/lastlog file. The login-name, port, and last login time will be printed. The default (no flags) causes lastlog entries to be printed, sorted by their order in /etc/passwd.
