Using ffmpeg to covert mp3 files to mp4 files
Using ffmpeg to covert mp3 files to mp4 files

Download ffmpeg for Windows and extract to D:\software\ffmpeg folder.

Run cmd

CD (change directory) to folder storing mp3 files

Run this command to convert all mp3 files to mp4 files

forfiles /m *.mp3 /c "cmd /c D:\software\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe -loop 1 -i image.jpg -i @fname.mp3 -c:a copy -c:v libx264 -shortest @fname.mp4"
